Brocolli Cornbread

Thank you, Neva, for this so yummy recipe!

10-12 oz. frozen broccoli

Melt a stick of butter.

Mix butter, medium chopped onion, 2 boxes of Jiffy cornbread mix, UNfrozen broccoli, and 10 oz. cottage cheese.

Pour into buttered 9″x13″ pan.  Bake about 45 minutes at 400 degrees F.
